How the ledger actually works
Every customer or supplier is a party with their own page: a running balance, a full history of entries in date order, and a due date if you set one. Recording a You Gave entry increases what that party owes you; recording a Payment Received entry reduces it. The balance shown on screen is always the current total — there is no end-of-day calculation to do by hand, and no separate step to reconcile.
Evidence attached to the entry, not filed separately
Up to five photos or PDFs can be attached directly to a single ledger entry — the original bill, a signed delivery slip, whatever proves what was actually given. When a customer disputes an amount months later, the evidence is on the same line as the transaction, not in a separate folder you have to search.
Built for more than one person at the counter
Add staff to a business and they record against the same customer list from their own phone. Balances update the same way regardless of who made the entry, so the ledger does not depend on one person being present to keep it current.
